New fitness program offers personalized strength training for muscle growth - personalized strength training
Build & Burn’s three specialized tracks—barbell, kettlebell, and dumbbell—cater to varied training preferences and objectives.

A four-week strength-training initiative called Build & Burn introduces three specialized workout regimens aimed at improving body composition through muscle growth, fat reduction, and better movement efficiency. Unlike conventional fitness challenges, the program acknowledges that strength training produces varied results based on personal preferences and objectives.

The three distinct tracks, barbell, kettlebell, and dumbbell, are customized to suit different training approaches. Users choose the method that matches their skill level, fitness goals, and physical comfort. The design also allows participants to alternate between tracks once completed, ensuring continuous variety and sustained motivation.

Each track follows a science-backed framework over four weeks, focusing on muscle definition, fat loss, and functional strength gains. The structure avoids a rigid, universal approach, instead adapting to individual progress and flexibility. This adaptability persists beyond the initial four weeks, as users can return to or switch between tracks to maintain progress.

Beyond the core workouts, the program integrates into a larger fitness network. Participants receive instructional videos to correct form, guided workout sessions, and coaching from certified strength specialists. The membership also includes a full year of health-related programming, nutrition plans, specialized workouts, and exclusive challenges, as well as hundreds of on-demand workouts and recipes.

The Barbell Burn, Kettlebell Burn, and Dumbbell Burn tracks provide downloadable PDFs for offline use, accommodating both gym and home training. Additional benefits include a year’s access to the All Out Studio fitness app, meal preparation resources, and unlimited access to content from the publication, including a print subscription.
