All items must be returned in
original packaging and condition, with all tags remaining attached. No item
that shows signs of use will be accepted for exchange. Shipping charges for
returns are the customer's responsibility.
HealthQuest will accept items for exchange only within 5 business days
upon delivery. Please e-mail your intention to return items within 5 days of
receipt.
For obvious reasons of hygiene, items of a personal nature will not be
accepted for exchange.
Any item prescribed by your physician or other healthcare provider will
not be accepted for exchange. If the course of treatment recommended
by your healthcare provider is unsuccessful this should be communicated to
them.
Ask about manufacturers' warranties
and guarantees that may assist you in making your purchase decision.
